Intention Setting, Candle Making + Soundbath
with Anika Norrgard Healing Arts + Sadye Harvey
$75
Start your year off with purpose. In this workshop, we will begin by making and pouring a soy candle with a custom fragrance. While our candles set, we will learn about the practice of setting intentions. While we are bathed in the centering and meditative tones of a live sound bath, we will use a writing exercise to explore and develop powerful intentions for the year ahead.
At the end of the session, we will have the chance to share with each other and draw inspiration from our creative community (if you would like!)
You will leave with a beautiful candle in a reusable vessel which will act as a reminder of the intentions you have set for yourself each time you light it.
All materials included, but please feel free to bring your personal journal for the writing exercise if you would like.
Our Policies:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your workshop. Workshops start on time. If you are more that 15 minutes late for your class, you may forfeit your chance to take the class.
You may cancel for a refund up to 21 days before the workshop. After that, workshop fees are not refundable or transferable.
We reserve the right cancel or reschedule a workshop with fewer than 4 sign ups. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a refund.
Please note that we may take photos during the workshop to use on social media. If you do wish to be photographed, please let the teacher know when you arrive.
If you are sick, please stay home. Call or email to let us know that you are not coming.
Last minute cancellations are extremely challenging for our guest teachers. Often times, materials have been purchased and meticulously prepared ahead of time. Keep in mind that late cancellations are a financial burden on these very special artists.
