What would art camp be without all of the amazing artists who came before? This week, we will learn about and be inspired by some of the worlds great artists, such as Leonardo Da’Vinci, Frida Kahlo, Yayoi Kasuma, Georgia O’Keefe, and Basquiat. Each day we will begin with a warm up project and a story or demo to introduce us to the day’s crafts. From there, we will focus on 2-3 main creative projects which will give us time to practice new techniques, explore our creativity, and have so much fun!
Please pack a snack and lunch for your little one, and please make sure they are dressed in clothes that can get messy! Each day, we will have lunch across the street in Highland Park, so sunscreen, water and a hat would be strongly encouraged.
